1. HIEC provides technical advice and editorial assistance to a member in completing his/her thesis research for a graduate degree.
2. HIEC provides technical advice and editorial assistance to complete and publish a member's research in international journals.
3. HIEC provides referral service to its members in finding sponsoring professors/institutes in the United States for their graduate studies, including recommendation letters.
4. HIEC provides referral service to its members in finding a research position or/and continuing education opportunities in the United States.
5. HIEC awards its qualified members scholarships/assistantships to study or do research in the United States.
6. HIEC offers its members a reduced/waved registration fee to the meetings and workshops organized by the institute.
